Complaint Letter

Dear sir,

I am writing to complain about the poor service we have received from your company. Firstly, we have received the documents and taken delivery of the orders. On cheching the goods, we found that you sent us only 250 umbrellas, instead of 350, although 350 umbrellas had been written on both the packing list and the invoice 50 of the umbrellas sent was broken. To make matters worse, your staff were very unhelpfull when I called. Above all, no one took responsility to sort out the problem. I was simply passed from person to person. In fact I gave up in frustation and ended the call.


The whole matter was treated by your staff as though it was completely unimportant. In spite of the fact that we have been your costomers for more than 7 years. As a result, we are considering stopping all future business with your company.


Taking everything into consideration, we must insist on an immediate replacement order, to reach here within 14 working days, at no cost ti ourselves.

Bicycle Production



The graph shows the production of bicycle at PT. IMUTZ from 2000 to 2005. There was a decrease from 2000 to 2001. Production decreased by about 120 units each year. By 2002 production increase slowly by about 40 units. There was a decrease by 50 units in 2003. In 2004 production increase sharply to 1090 units and in 2005 was an decrease by about 40 units. The overall trends show that there was a fluctuation in productions in the span of 5 years.
